What is AgentCo?
AgentCo is a command center for AI-powered product building. Instead of hiring a team of freelancers or spending months learning every discipline yourself, AgentCo gives you a permanent AI team that works around the clock.
Each agent has a specific role — research, architecture, development, QA, marketing, documentation, operations, and a Devil's Advocate — covering every function needed to take a SaaS idea from concept to paying customers.
The platform follows a 30-step niche SaaS playbook: find underserved markets with desperate buyers, validate demand before building, build the simplest possible MVP, then scale distribution. Every step maps to an agent who knows exactly what to produce.
Core Concepts
Project
A SaaS idea you're building. Tracks niche, phase, current step, tasks, deliverables, and all board meeting decisions.
Task
A unit of work assigned to an agent. Flows through: Inbox → Assigned → In Progress → Testing → Review → Done.
Agent
An AI persona with a specific role, model, and set of playbook steps it handles. Runs manually or on a cron schedule.
Deliverable
The output of a completed task — a report, code snippet, strategy doc, or any artifact the agent produces.
Board Meeting
A structured AI debate where agents independently present on a question, the Adversary critiques, then you decide.
Playbook Step
One of 30 steps in the playbook. Each step has an owning agent and produces a specific deliverable.

[email protected]/admin123! - Go to Factory and create a new project with your niche
- Navigate to your project's Kanban — tasks are pre-populated from Playbook Step 1
- Add your
ALIBABA_API_KEYin Settings to enable one-click AI execution - Hit Run AI on any task to have the assigned agent execute it
